1. General Cancellation Terms
- All cancellation requests must be made through our official communication channels: Email / Phone / Office Visit.
- Cancellation charges depend on the type of service booked (flights, hotels, tour packages, visas, etc.) and the policies of the respective service provider.
- Service provider rules (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.) take precedence in determining refund eligibility.
2. Flight Booking Cancellation & Refunds
A. Airline Policies
- Refunds and cancellation charges follow the airline fare rules.
- Some tickets (especially promotional or discounted fares) may be non-refundable.
- Service fees charged by NIFN Travel are non-refundable.
B. Refund Timeline
- Airline refunds may take 7-30 business days depending on the airline.
- Credit card refunds: 7-14 business days from airline approval.
3. Tour Package Cancellation
Note: Cancellation charges vary by package and supplier. Always check your booking confirmation for specific terms.
- More than 30 days before departure: 25% cancellation fee
- 15-30 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
- 7-14 days before departure: 75% cancellation fee
- Less than 7 days: 100% cancellation fee (no refund)
4. Hotel Booking Cancellation
- Free cancellation: If cancelled before the hotel's free cancellation deadline.
- Partial refund: May be available depending on hotel policy.
- Non-refundable bookings: No refund will be issued.
5. Visa Services Refund Policy
Important: Visa processing fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the embassy/consulate.
- If visa is rejected: Embassy fees are non-refundable.
- Service charges by NIFN Travel are non-refundable.
- Refunds are only applicable if we have not yet submitted your application.

7. Force Majeure
In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or other unforeseen events, NIFN Travel will work with service providers to offer alternative solutions or refunds where possible. However, we cannot guarantee refunds in such circumstances.
